In all ways imaginable, Deacon Charles Withers is a divine helpmate for Rev. Alethea and a blessed encourager for her. He is, also, divinely called to servant leadership in his own right. He is an ordained deacon and the chair of the Deacon Board. He preaches, teaches, and serves in any and all capacities.

Deacon Withers, lovingly called “Baba Charles” by the members and by the many who know and love him also has a heart for and personal ministry to veterans. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War and was awarded the Silver Star and Bronze Star with the Combat-V.
